Twilight

So first off, here’s a little fangirl side of me, happily presented for you to stare at. I was going through a bunch of possible candidates for my new layout. Shim Changmin, Mizushima Hiro, Gemma Ward, etc… I was thinking of Orlando Bloom, but he snagged the previous version. The guy in this layout is Jae Hee, a Korean actor, and he was not initially on my mind - because I heartlessly forgot about him. Luckily, I was browsing my pictures and came upon two of his hottest looks, and then well, you know the rest.

I’m currently reading a series of a beautiful, deadly vampire in love with a human girl. Most of you probably already know the story, it’s pretty popular and the movie for the first book Twilight is coming out in December. I get so bored at the number of pages dedicated to the I LUV Us, but I have to get through that part to have my questions answered. At the very least, I enjoy fantasizing about the romance, which in some ways, is a little inspiring (like making this new layout, finally). As for continuing after the first book, I may stall. I am, actually. I need to store more action and science fiction in my head before reverting back to the lovey-dovey ness.

The story is aimed for a teen girl, but I think the movie can attract all teens because the main guy is kinda cute and the main girl is really pretty. I was hoping for a thinner guy though, I mean, he’s  not buff at least, but I adore skinny-ness (to a limit). That’s mainly the reason why Asian boys are hotter than American beefies.

College!!!

Wow. I feel like I just aged 5 years in the past week. College is awesome. Absolutely. Life is mine now, I get to do anything I choose to do, and I get to plan the ENTIRE day. Homework seems pretty good so far, everything’s interesting. Though I suck at writing, I don’t think Rhetoric 105 is gonna be that day, I might like it. My favorite class so far - which is only the second day - is Asian American Studies because you know, I can actually relate to what the class is about. It’s a concept course about stereotypes of Asians, the culture, the literature, etc… I had to buy 4 books, and still need one more, but they all seem interesting, so I know for sure I’ll enjoy the assignments.

It’s gonna be hard to come on the computer. I can do that at night or early in the morning, but I may be just studying and stuff. I got to finish the chapter for my Bio lecture tomorrow, and that was done at like 9 in the morning. Can I do that again? No. I don’t want to hit college senior-itis during my freshman year. Plus, I NEED the good grades, my parents didn’t send me here with 40,000 loan just so that I could get Bs and Cs.

It’ll be hard though. Everyone’s so good, I have to be good-er.

I played tennis today! Yay!
